Stair Climbing Made Fun

When we think of compliance to laws and healthy behavior changes, fun is not the word that comes to mind. 

Authorities seem to take pleasure in barraging us with negative messages to scare us into compliance.  Law enforcement threatens us with penalties.  Drill sergeants delight in berating us.  Doctors warn us of horrible health consequences.  Teachers give us dentition.  Moms nag.  Gloom and doom fills our television air waves.

Move over wet blankets.  Wacky
